Many area school districts offer a half day pre-school program. The Early Learning Academy works with these programs to provide an extended day for children who need a full day of care. Transportation is provided for children who are attending Deptford Township Schools through the district busing. ELA runs this program September through June each year. Children may be enrolled for either a morning or afternoon session at ELA that is five hours long at a rate of $25.00 per day. Children are required to attend 5 days a week.

Infants need a schedule that is regular enough to be predictable and flexible enough to meet their individual needs by respecting their unique biological rhythms. In general the younger the child the more flexible and individualized the schedule must be. But even babies gain a sense of security when the schedule is somewhat regular.

At The Early Learning Academy the Infants’ Daily Schedule consists of some basic routines and activities that occur throughout the day. Our Teachers take special care to insure that these routines and activities correspond to the individual schedule of each infant in our care.
