At Education Partners Early Learning Academy, we utilize a state of the art video monitoring system and a computer software program designed by Professional Solutions to insure the safety of children and staff, streamline required paperwork, track children and families, insure accurate attendance records, and process tuition and fees.

The classrooms, grounds, and playground are monitored by security cameras and viewed at several monitors throughout the building and on a closed circuit encrypted web server.

In order to access the building, Parents and visitors use a video phone to contact the Receptionist. As an added precaution, from her cubicle in the foyer, she can also view the front landing through the tinted security glass doors. She presses a buzzer to unlock the door. All of the doors to the facility are equipped with the same video phone system and buzzers so that we can control access to the building at all times.

Once inside all Parents and Staff sign in using an assigned PIN code on a touch screen computer, which is part of our Procare system. When leaving Parents and Staff sign out using the same system. This enables us to track everyone in the building at any given point in time.

Once a code is entered several options are available: you can sign a child in or out; the accounting button will give you the last ten entries on your ledger card; if your child is due for immunizations the immunization button will appear; and, a message button will appear if there are any messages for the Parent from the Academy Administration or Teaching Staff.

Another feature of our Procare software system is the Photo Gallery. Upon enrollment, we will ask permission to take photos of each child, Parent, authorized pick up person, and emergency contact person designated by the parents. These photos are stored in our system and can be pulled up on the computer for verification in order to protect you and your family. This system insures that no child is ever released to the wrong person.

Finally, Tuition Express is the system we use to collect tuition and fees. This system is integrated into the attendance tracker that records the daily sign/in-out. It will automatically track in and out times to insure accurate billing, process payments electronically when due to avoid late fees, and help you avoid the hassle of waiting for a Staff person to process your payments.
