TUITION AND FEES POLICY
Tuition Fee:
$39.00 Per day Ages 18 months - 5 years
$49.00 Per day Ages 6 Weeks - 18 months
The Academy is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6
PM.
2nd Child Discount:
$35.10 Per day//No Registration Fee (Ages 18 mo-5 yrs.)
$44.10 Per day/No Registration Fee (Ages 6 wks.-18 mo.)
The 2nd child discount will apply to the older child’s
tuition.
On Holidays/Emergency Closing, or if the
child is sick 5 day tuition fees will apply.
Monthly tuition is payable preferably
through Tuition Express by direct debit from
the savings, checking account or credit card
of your choice. Money Orders or Checks will
also be accepted from the 1st through the
5th business day of the month. A fee of
$45.00 will be charged for checks returned
and/or automatic debits refused by the bank
or your credit card company.
NO CASH PAYMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Tuition is due on the 1st business day of
each month.
If tuition is not received by the 5th
business day of the month a late fee of
$25.00 will be charged.
If full tuition plus the $25.00 late fee is
not received by close of business on the 5th
of the month the child(ren) can not attend
on the 6th of the month.
Withdrawal Notice will be issued and
services will be ended in 10 days.
For fulltime enrolled students (defined as 8
hours a day, 5 days a week):
Sick Policy: If the child is sick under
Doctors care for a full week ½ of the
tuition fee will be due. The Parent must
present a Doctor’s note for documentation in
order for credit to be given.
Vacation Policy: With a 2 week advance
written notice up to 2 weeks of vacation a
year will be permitted with ½ tuition fee
each week to hold the student’s slot.
